Lifetime guarantee<\/h2>

Our lifetime guarantee entitles you to a one-time repair of the knife or sheath- free of charge. We will repair the item if you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage. You will need to send us a photo or video of the damage. There is a charge repair fee if you encounter future problems, after a replacement has been sent. This warranty is voided under any user damage issues (scratches, intentional breakage, water damage, rusting due to lack of care). Returns<\/h2>

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can\u2019t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
